Before Work Begins

Clients may request a cancellation before work starts. Any payments made may be refunded at our discretion.

After Work Begins

​

Once a project has started, payments are generally non-refundable due to the time and creative effort invested in the project.

Completed Projects

​

No refunds will be issued after the final files have been delivered and approved by the client.

Revisions

​

We provide reasonable revisions to ensure client satisfaction. Revision requests must remain within the original project scope.
