1. Project Requirements

2. Delivery Time

3. Revisions

Minor revisions are included to ensure the final result aligns with the client's expectations. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

4. Payment

5. Ownership & Usage Rights

Upon full payment, clients receive the right to use the final animation for commercial and promotional purposes. KYK Motion reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use any logos, images, trademarks, or assets provided for the project.

7. Cancellation Policy

​

If a project is canceled after work has begun, any completed work and payments made may be non-refundable.
